The Intelligent Production Line and System Department focuses on the development trends of digitalization and precision in advanced manufacturing technology. Aligning with the national major strategy for developing the equipment manufacturing industry, it adheres to the principle of "integrating applied basic research with high-tech development, and combining the latter with the promotion and application of achievements". Over these years, it has completed a number of national projects and researches, developing new-type of manufacturing equipment and realizing demonstration application.

The research laboratory has established solid cooperative relationships with research institutions and large enterprises from various countries and regions.
