The 3^rd Sino-Korean Underwater Vehicle Seminar was held during September 5^th to 6^th, 2017 in Jeju, South Korea, hosted by Korean Institute of Ocean Science and Technology (KIOST).

Hur Manwook, director of Ocean Development Department under the Ministry of Oceans and Fisheries, South Korea, and Li Shuo, vice director of Shenyang Institute of Automation (SIA), the Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS) participated in the seminar and delivered welcome speech. Nine experts from China and South Korea shared latest research and application progress on deep-sea resource investigation and scientific exploration.

According to the seminar, the 4^th Sino-Korean Underwater Vehicle Seminar will be held by SIA.
