At the invitation of Prof. Xu Aidong at Shenyang Institute of Automation (SIA), Chinese Academy of Sciences, Prof Seung Ho Hong from Hanyang University visited SIA and made two consecutive academic reports including 《Supply-Demand Balancing for Power Management in Smart Grid: A Stackelberg Game Approa》and《An IoT-based energy-management platform for industrial facilities》,separately. Meantime, he introduced his latest research progress in Industrial wireless network, smart power grid and other fields on July 28.

Prof Seung Ho Hong is now a professor at Han Yang University, in Korea, guest professor at SIA and the one of most famous experts in industrial communication fields. His research interests include universal sensor network, Fieldbus and industrial communications network and so on. At present, he mainly focuses on studying the  on Industrial wireless technology and smart power grid based on wireless sensor network. he have published more than 50 famous journal papers and 80 conference papers. Prof. Seung Ho Hong also participate activities by ISO,. He is also the chairman of IEC TC65 and IEC TC184 SC5 South Korea's national committee.
