In October and December 2003, Japan IHI Company, one of the 500 world top enterprises, sent a 6-member delegation, including Nakagawa Kohya, a high-ranking administrative official, and Kawada Morihiko, Director of the Comprehensive Division, to visit Shenyang Institute of Automation (SIA).
