Final acceptance conference of the project.

Recently, the International Cooperation Key project of Chinese Academy of Sciences "Research on Key Technologies in Secure and Reliable Wireless Sensor Networks for Smart Factory", jointly undertaken by professor YU Haibin from Shenyang Institute of Automation (SIA), Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS) and Professor Slawomir Stanczak from Fraunhofer Institute for Telecommunications, successfully passed the final acceptance organized by Bureau of International Cooperation CAS. The project acceptance result was ‘excellent’.

For three years, the joint research team has solved a total of four research aspects of research contents in wireless sensor networks for smart factories, including real-time reliable networking, optimal resource allocation, secure network design and network test platform, and finally formed a system of fundamental theories and technologies for secure and reliable transmission of wireless sensor networks for smart factories. The obtained results have been published on top leading journals and conferences in the field of communication and networking, such as IEEE TMC, IEEE TII, IEEE TVT, IEEE IoTJ, and IEEE TCOM. In total, 21 papers have been published, and 17 patents have been applied. Related research progress won Second prize of the State Technological Innovation Award of China in 2020.
