Shenyang SIASUN Robot and Automation Co., Ltd (SIASUN) showcased its latest developed clean robot and laser products at the SEMICON China 2013 and LASER World of PHOTONICS CHINA, which were held from March 19th to 21st, 2013 in Shanghai, China. The products attracted broad attention from the industry.

SIASUN has participated in the SEMICON China for several years. This year, the products include SR120B industrial robot series, SEFM11310A EFEM, SRBZ783A-CDS vacuum directly-driven manipulator and atmosphere manipulator product series. The overall innovation and R&D ability, as well as production capability are demonstrated through the products. For a long period of time, similar products can only be obtained by importing. This situation can be changed with products mentioned above, realizing the localization of transfer robot in clean environment.

Moreover, laser equipment is one of the leading industries of SIASUN. At this year’s LASER World of PHOTONICS CHINA, SIASUN showcased its laser welding equipment series, laser re-manufacturing equipment series and laser cutting equipment. The products can be applied in automobile industry, aerospace industry and ship manufacturing, etc. The laser-arc hybrid welding technology can realize the welding of various metal materials. The laser hybrid welding set equipment can flexibly adjust welding angle, realizing optimal welding even for parts and special materials with complex structure and large thickness. The laser re-manufacture set equipment can be applied in heat treatment, surface strengthening and repairing of industrial parts, so that the service life of core parts can be prolonged significantly, and more than 80 percent of the used parts can be recycled.
