Shenyang Institute of Automation (SIA) is chosen to undertake the general planning for the informatization of Shenyang Machine Group during the year 2010 to 2015, together with Northeastern University and Northwestern Polytechnical University.

To achieve the general target of ”intelligent product, digital design, informatized management, networked service and scientific control” of Shenyang Machine Group, the consulting team will first conduct thorough investigation on the current production, operation and informatization construction of the Group, and draw up practical and advanced solution plan based on the results. Finally, a design report will be formulated and put into practice.

During the past thirty years, SIA has accumulated extensive experiences in the research and project construction in enterprise informatization, including National longitudinal research as well as large-scale enterprise authorized items in the fields of CIMS, ERP, CRM, SCM, MES and e-commerce.
