Apply requirements:
1, Under 45 years old and healthy;
2, Researching overseas for 5 consecutive years after receiving PhD, being equivalent to associate professor at least in the chief scientific research or education institutions abroad.
3, Profound, having gotten the brilliant achievements that have been recognized internationally, having the ability to lead this subject to overtake or keep international forefront at least.
4, Having published significant influential papers on important international academic journals that is closely related to the direction of the subject, or possessing important patents.
5, Excellent professional ethics, spirit of cooperation, and great ability of organization management and leadership.
